Is there a way to enable both keyboard + mouse input?

I have been streaming apps/games to PC and some of them come with configured keyboard commands (WASD/Arrow Keys/1234 in the case of some games etc...) but when those get activated, I cannot use my mouse to click on buttons. Is there an option/setting I need to enable for dual input?
