Motorola Smart Connect (ready for) options?

I have seen some remarks about the ability to start “smart connect” using new display, but it doesn't seem to work for me.

Any suggestions or links that I can read and try?

So far, I have tried starting a dedicated app (from motorola) using:
`scrcpy --new-display=1920x1080/100 --start-app=com.motorola.mobiledesktop `

But it doesn't work as expected. I'm wondering if this is related to not having the virtual display registered properly by the phone.
