Virtual Display freezes after a short period of inactivity

After starting scrcpy with a virtual display for the IRobot app, the app initially responds to mouse commands including clicking and scrolling. However, if I leave the app alone for about 10 seconds, the display freezes. Right-click for the back command still works.

Start by reproducing the report on Windows with scrcpy 3.0.1, a Pixel 9 Pro running Android 15, and the IRobot app on a virtual display. Exercise mouse clicks and scrolling, wait about 10 seconds, and compare the frozen display with the still-working right-click back command. Done means the virtual display remains responsive after inactivity or the freezing condition is isolated.
