About how to specifying frame rate while recording videos

Hello, may I specify a recording frame rate when recording videos? I tried adding -- max-fps 60, but the recorded video didn't have the expected 60 frames per second.
If frame rate can be specified, please tell me how to operate it。

Review scrcpy's command-line recording options, especially --max-fps, and compare them with the reported output. Done means documenting the supported way to request a recording frame rate or clearly stating the limitation if the option does not control the final video's rate.
