opened scrcpy , it mirrored glitchy screen

**Environment**
- OS: Windows 11
- scrcpy version: 2.3.1
- installation method: windows zip from release tab
- device model: RMX1827
- Android version: 13

**Describe the bug**
opened scrcpy , it mirrored this glitchy screen.
*note: I can record my screen without any issue with mobile's inbuilt recorder(but states error recording, if HEVC turned on).
