Scrcpy Exoplayer Issue

**Environment**
- OS: Windows 11
- scrcpy version: 2.3.1 / 2.1
- installation method: win64 zip
- device model: ORDOIRD-N2
- Android version: 9

**spec**
- CPU : Quad-core Cortex-A73
- GPU :Mali-G52
- OpenSSL : openssl speed sha256 (8KByte)
- Reference : https://www.hardkernel.com/ko/shop/odroid-n2-with-4gbyte-ram-2/

**Issute**
- Problem happen -> while Using ExoPlayer always Turn on Black Screen
- resource Mp4 : https://storage.googleapis.com/exoplayer-test-media-0/BigBuckBunny_320x180.mp4

**Curious**
- whether scrcpy(video) in N2 is not implemented in BSP or does not work in Android 9.
