Description
- [x] I have read the [FAQ](https://github.com/Genymobile/scrcpy/blob/master/FAQ.md).
- [x] I have searched in existing [issues](https://github.com/Genymobile/scrcpy/issues).
**Environment**
- OS: Windows 10
- scrcpy version: 2.2-2.3.1
- installation method: win64 zip
- device model: Galaxy S21+ 5G
- Android version: 14
**Describe the bug**
After updating to the newest OneUI (v6.0), scrcpy runs into issues when forced to rotate (e.g. opening an app that requires horizontal orientation from the main screen). The screen in scrcpy becomes cut off, see attached images, and unable to fix itself. Only a full restart helps, until the next time a rotation is forced.
The actual phone screen is unaffected, it is solely in scrcpy.

Research direction
Reproduce the issue using a Galaxy S21+ on Android 14 with OneUI 6.0, Windows 10, and scrcpy 2.2–2.3.1, then inspect the rotation and display-rendering paths. Done means forced rotation no longer leaves the scrcpy view cut off or requiring a full restart.
