scrcpy'sdisplay freeze when reconnecting remote Windows RDP session

- OS: Windows
- scrcpy version: 2.3.1
- installation method: Windows release
- device model: Pixel 6
- Android version: 14

**Describe the bug**
I'm running scrcpy on a remote windows machine , the machine connects to an android device (Pixel 6) via USB.
After i disconnect and reconnect the machine via RDP , the display of the scrcpy is frozen.

I'm not sure that the scrcpy is still connecting with the android device. But the screen of android device turns off when the time i closed scrcpy after reconnecting the window machine and finding out that display is frozen.

Start by reproducing the freeze on a Windows machine running scrcpy 2.3.1 with a Pixel 6 connected over USB, then disconnect and reconnect the Windows machine through RDP. Investigate whether scrcpy remains connected after the RDP session changes. Done means the Android display continues updating after reconnecting, or the issue is documented with a confirmed limitation and reliable reproduction details.
