scrcpy-noconsole.vbs doesn't request anything on Android

**Environment**
- OS: Windows 11
- scrcpy version: 2.1.1
- installation method: [scrcpy-win64-v2.1.1.zip](https://github.com/Genymobile/scrcpy/releases/download/v2.1.1/scrcpy-win64-v2.1.1.zip) (64-bit)
- device model: samsung galaxy S22 Ultra
- Android version: 13

I did plug my smartphone to my computer.
Debogage USB is active.
I did extract the .zip, then double clic on scrcpy-noconsole.vbs, nothing showed up on my phone. Tried again few times.
Reboot PC, tried again. Reboot phone, tried again. Unplug it, again.
If you need any other informations, i'll share them.

Start by inspecting scrcpy-noconsole.vbs and reproducing the launch on Windows 11 with USB debugging enabled. Check whether launching the script reaches scrcpy and whether Android displays the authorization prompt. Done means the script reliably starts the expected flow or exposes a clear underlying failure.
