--crop function android12

- device model: galaxy s10
- Android version: [e.g. 10] 12

**Describe the bug**

I am mirroring by dividing the screen of the mobile phone into upper and lower parts through the --crop function, and then running the upper and lower windows separately.
However, in Android 12, there is a phenomenon that the two do not run at the same time.
If i run one window and then run a second window, the first window does not work.

Start by reproducing the report on a Galaxy S10 running Android 12 with scrcpy 2.1.1 on Windows 10, launching two instances with separate --crop regions. Trace the --crop entry point and compare the behavior of the first and second windows. Done means both cropped windows continue running simultaneously.
