Seemlessly move my mouse to my phone without having a window.

VNC Server/Client, Windows new "Mouse without borders"

The request does not identify any files, entry points, or tests. Start by reviewing scrcpy's display and input-control architecture, then determine the scope of a windowless virtual-monitor mode and define tests or observable behavior that would establish completion.
