**Environment**
- OS: Windows
- scrcpy version: Latest as of March 11th, 2023
- installation method: Windows 64 bit
- device model: LE2117
- Android version: 13

No audio, despite meeting requirements for such. Also worth noting that when device is in use by PC, no audio is output from phone.

Start by reproducing the reported command, scrcpy 2.0 on Windows with the OnePlus LE2117 running Android 13, and compare behavior with and without --require-audio. Trace the audio path from this invocation and determine why no audio reaches either the PC or the phone; done means audio works reliably and the result is verified on the reported environment.
