Update the Snap version of scrcpy to v2.0

The Snap version of scrcpy is only at v1.25, see https://snapcraft.io/scrcpy.

Update the Snap version to v2.0.

2. Install from OBS for openSUSE users, as shown **[here](https://build.opensuse.org/package/show/hardware/scrcpy)**.

Start with the Snap package listing at https://snapcraft.io/scrcpy and compare its published version with the requested v2.0. Check the repository's Linux packaging guidance at doc/linux.md and determine where the Snap release is maintained. Done means the Snap package reports scrcpy v2.0 and remains installable.
