Error when i start scrcpy

- OS: Windows 10
- scrcpy version: 1.10
- installation method: Windows release
- device model: ZWM-CAM
- Android version: 7.0
I bug a cam with the Android emulator and the company includes a .zip with scrcpy, at the beginning it worked fine but for a few days it has not been able to open the viewer.

OUTPUT:
adb: error: failed to get feature set: no devices/emulators found
ERROR: "adb push" returned with value 1

Start by reproducing the launch failure with the stated Windows 10, Android 7.0 emulator, and scrcpy 1.10 setup. Check whether adb detects the ZWM-CAM device before running scrcpy; the issue is done when adb finds the device and the scrcpy viewer opens, but the report does not identify a source file or test.
