Should allow scrcpy to open in the secondary screen

I have two screens and one is running a 1280 * 720 resolution and the other one running a 1920 * 1080 resolution. I want to use --window-height flag to open scrcpy at X * 1000 resolution but since scrcpy would only open in my main screen, it shrinks.
