OBS & scrcpy fps drops

**Environment**
- OS: MacOS monterey
- scrcpy version: v1.24
- - installation method: brew
- device model: POCO F1
- Android version: android 10

**Describe the bug**
is this expected if im using obs and using windows capture i can only got 15-30fps ,thou my output on scrcpy always on 60fps, the fps not even increase when im switching the resolution to 720 or 1024
