Function key not working

**Environment**
- OS: [e.g. Debian, Windows, macOS...] : OS on Odroid C2 [Android 6](https://wiki.odroid.com/odroid-c2/os_images/android/android)
- scrcpy version: 1.24
- installation method: Windows download
- device model: Odroid C2
- Android version: 6

**Describe the bug**
The F1-F12 function keys does'nt work with distant keyboard.
They work fine with an USB direct keyboard on the device.

Start by reproducing the issue with scrcpy 1.24 on the listed Odroid C2 and Android 6 setup, comparing F1–F12 input from the distant keyboard with a USB keyboard. Done means the function keys work through scrcpy as they do when the keyboard is connected directly to the device.
