App display corrupted

**Environment**
- OS: NixOS
- scrcpy version: 1.20
- installation method: nixpkgs
- device model: Xiaomi M2101K6G
- Android version: 11

**Describe the bug**
Visual corruption of opengl viewport (?).

Notice that only part of the UI gets corrupted. It's not just scrcpy that displays the artifacts, but the app itself seems to get corrupted.

This also happens when running `adb screenrecord`, I haven't checked the video file, but as soon as I start `adb screenrecord`, the app gets corrupted on the phone screen.

Start by reproducing the corruption with `scrcpy` and `adb screenrecord` on the listed NixOS, Xiaomi, and Android 11 setup. Compare the phone display and recording behavior to determine which rendering path is affected; done means the artifacts no longer appear during mirroring or recording.
