Copy Paste + Show Touches Both Fail on Non-Primary User Accounts

On scrcpy 1.17 on Window 10 64 bit the following command line works perfectly (on primary Android user account):

`..\scrcpy.exe --verbosity debug --show-touches --push-target "/sdcard/Download/" --window-title "My Phone [11:02:08.74 on Sat 10/04/2021]" --disable-screensaver --stay-awake --prefer-text --window-x -1918 --window-y 35
`

In that both copy/paste to/from computer works and touches get shown on the screen when a finger is used (_it would be nice though to have a similar option for click, click-hold etc with windows mouse..._)

If I change to another Android Account (one I use when teaching others), both of this fail (there may be other issues I haven't noticed yet).

It doesn't matter if I start scrcpy before or after swapping accounts.

The phone is a OnePlus 8 PRO on Android 10.
