adb server version (36) doesn't match this client (41)

Hi, I'm b19nk and I use scrcpy for streaming, I'm on Windows and I'm no good at these things so I need some help with this please, what I usually do to start scrcpy is:

1.Start cmd
2. Change destination to scrcpy folder
3. Then start scrcpy with this command: scrcpy -b 30m
4. That's all I used to do and it used to work but for some reason since I started to use my Galaxy a70, it just doesn't work, an error with the adb pops up: adb server version (36) doesn't match this client (41)

This is what I do:

Now I'm no good at programming and I don't even understand what an adb is, I barely understand some things people mention on this website, so please, may anyone help me to fix this please?
