Corrupted Surface on Xiaomi Android TV devices (mibox, mitv stick)

**Environment**
- OS: ubuntu 20.04 and MacOs Big Sur
- scrcpy version: 1.17
- installation method: snap (ubuntu), brew (mac)
- device model: mibox 3, mibox 3s, xiomi mitv stick (MiTV AESP0)
- Android version: 9

**Describe the bug**
Fails to grab video surface as part of all other UI. The rest of UI works well.
Comparing to nvidia shield:

All other Android TV devices I have nearby work well (adt-3, chromecast, nvidia shield)
