Can we start the socket service from the command line

Hi,

I am one of the user of your scrcpy.

Could you consider to add a new socket service by command line for your scrcpy on Windows platform?

This function can transfer image information for its user who connected to the server on both scrcpy server and client.

For instance, if I want to use the socket, when I enter a command to
scrcpy.exe, for example "--socket img port", the program will allow other user to connect to your ip on the specific port. I think this function can make this service easier to use.
