Scrcpy adb problem after android 10 update

OS: [windows qp]
- scrcpy version: latest
- installation method: [e.g. manual build, apt, snap, brew, Windows release...]
- device model: Redmi note 8 pro
- Android version: [10]

**Describe the bug**
There is a problem with my device
After updating from Android 9 to 10 the mobile wireless scrcpy thing is not working if i unplug usb . It was working before update but after updating its not working it's just hang ..i tried older version of scrcpy it's also not working after update....
I tried all methods

I think that due to security reason they blocked wireless adb

But apowermirror working over wireless
How can this possible

Plzz help me i love scrcpy plzz do something that scrcpy work over wireless
