Clipboard Ctrl+V to Paste works on Pixel 3a but not Samsung Galaxy S20 FE (both Android 10) with Windows 10. Keyboards not fully synced.

- OS: Windows 10
- scrcpy version: v1.16
- installation method: Windows release
- device model: Samsung Galaxy S20 FE
- Android version: 10

**Describe the bug**
When I use Ctrl+C to copy text on Windows, it doesn't copy over to my device when using Ctrl+V or Mod+V. What's interesting is it shows up above the keyboard as a 'paste' option if that makes sense - Ctrl+V just doesn't work. It pastes what was previously copied on the phone's clipboard instead. I'd like to mention my previous phone, the Google Pixel 3a with Android 10 did NOT have this issue.

On errors, please provide the output of the console (and `adb logcat` if relevant).

No source file or test is named. First reproduce the clipboard behavior with the Samsung Galaxy S20 FE and Pixel 3a setup described, then trace scrcpy's clipboard and keyboard-input handling. Done means Windows Ctrl+C followed by Ctrl+V or Mod+V pastes the newly copied text on the affected device without regressing the working device.
