Description
**Description of the problem**
The grdcontour synopsis in the ReST documentation includes the -e common option, though it is not included in the detailed usage documentation. This option is only useful to ASCII input. Should it be added to the detailed usage documentation or removed from the synopsis?
The synopsis also lists **-ho**[*n*], but I do not think it's clear what **-ho**[*n*] does, since **-h**[*n*] is usually used to set number of header records for ASCII input. Is this referring to padding for **-bo**?
