Category names need to be featured more promenantly

I think it would be nice to make the category names really stand out everywhere. It's important the user be aware of which category they are ranking while they are doing the pairwise assessments as they will propose the list and then later need to add it to their ballot and promote it to their friends and it will have that title in Agora and Supermodular's voting interfaces.

The title is VERY important... but right now it is hard to see

Start with the attached screenshots and trace the pairwise assessment and category-list views where category names are shown. Review how titles are currently presented across the referenced ranking flow; done means category names are clearly prominent wherever users assess, propose, or review a category.
