Description
As a user, If I have any conflict of interest with any project, I should be able to declare it and it should be differentiated by not voting for them.
**Success Criteria:**
- If the user clicks on that button, a confirmation modal appears.[ Design in Figma](https://www.figma.com/design/WTT6ygvEonijX7Lc0pj6Ru/Pairwise-Desktop-App?node-id=372-52387&t=x9dd7Ev2Oth4CK7U-4)
- If the user clicks on `Mark this project` the whole project changes and loads another one,[ loading status will like the figma](https://www.figma.com/design/WTT6ygvEonijX7Lc0pj6Ru/Pairwise-Desktop-App?node-id=372-52673&t=x9dd7Ev2Oth4CK7U-4)
- If the user clicks on cancel, the modal closes.
