Description
As a user I want to have a sign that I have to approve the min no. of projects in filtering process.
Context:
Right now, if user rejects most of the projects, at the end we show an error that they have to get back and select more projects.
Solution:
We can demonstrate this with a gray color, when the selected projects are less than that min required amount, we show the progress bar grayed.
