[V 0.0.2] 5-comparisons rounds + Back to repos UX

As a user, I want to focus on finishing a 5-comparison round, so I can focus more on quality rather than finishing up any repo and only paying attention to the progress bar

### Success Criteria

- [x] Removing the progress bar and adding Round Number and comparisons are done out of 5.
- [x] When the round is done the next round start automatically.
- [x] The PW algo decides what comparisons come next, there's no need to make them all random
- [x] If a repo has a`voting...` status, the user needs to know how many rounds are done on the comparisons page and the repos page.
- [x] Back button will lead the user to the repos page.
- [x] A break notif will appear after any 5 round comparison
