Description
As a user, I want to be able to log in with Github so the app authenticate me and know my expertise, or log in with an invite code if I want to be anon.

### Acceptance Criteria:
- [ ] UI Improvements
- [ ] Name and invite code is required, so the border should be red if they are left blank
- [ ] Invite code is a simple sting set in the backend, that will let anyone log in, In the future any invite code will have access to certain seed repos.
- [ ] OAuth Login should get authorized with a formal Pairwise deep funding account.
