Add Storybook

**Goal:** Enhance the design review and iteration process of our projects by shipping them with Storybook by default.

**Context:** Currently, our projects lack a consistent and efficient way to review and iterate on component designs. By including Storybook as a default template, we can provide a unified platform for designers, developers, and stakeholders to view, test, and give feedback on components in isolation.

**Solution:** Ship our projects with a pre-configured Storybook template, that can be easily customized to fit project-specific needs. This will streamline the design and development process, improve collaboration, and ultimately result in better-quality products.
