TEC Library Website

Token Engineering Conslience Library’s website. The library’s website will be mostly a static one where we upload resources however, we wanted to create what we called a “living library” where users can engage with the content; therefore it will have little additions on top of static pages ( not very complex though). Regarding what it would look like and what the features would be, we will finalize the MVP spec document and wireframes.
