Description
Each commitment defines how many hours is the member committed to work for an individual month.
A commitment can be in any of following stages:
1. Archived - historic commitments that are not used, usually because data was saved in other system
2. Upcoming - future commitments that are not yet started, and thus can't be worked on or reported
3. Unreported - past commitments that aren't yet reported, but should be
4. Reported - past commitments that are reported
5. Cleared - past commitments that are closed
We use statuses with the same names to mark commitments and use them appropriately.
