Screenshot selection box is not re-sizable

**Operating System:** Windows 10

**Description:** The red box that is intended to emphasize the ideal action is fixed in size. This prevents the user from selecting an object on the screen that is different or larger in size. Ideally, it would be changed to act like the snipping tool (present in windows).

To reproduce this issue, enter preliminary information (e.g. team name, persona, etc.). Then enter a goal, subgoal, and an action. After clicking the screen capture button, the red highlight box will appear. This box is not resizable. Thus, only small portions of a website can be selected.

A user would expect to have a resizable selection box. In the current version, the user can only select small objects.
