Create Dashboard Landing Page

This screen needs to include at least two things:
1. A list of all the organizations that a user can select
2. When an organization is selected, it populates a/multiple react-table (or something similar) with important information about that organization that Stempower (note this is Stempower, not the organization Stempower is helping) can use. See the mockups in Slack for the specifics of what kind of information Stempower deems useful to have. Please note that this does not necessarily mean you need all the info in one place. Think from the point of view of a Stempower exec member and build something you think is what they want.
