Strip Out Boilerplate Leftovers

When the project was originally started, it was built using a Bootstrap template that included a lot of Javascript and CSS code. Some of this was used in the end, but most of it was not. Search through the frontend folder (and specifically within the CSS files) to find code that appears to be autogenerated and is not being used.

This will help thin down the codebase to a more manageable level, and it is a great way to get introduced to the structure of the frontend.
