[Ticket][PMT] MapScout Bug Fixes

## Non-Profit Description
Mapscout is intended for nonprofits who need a customizable and intuitive method to display location based data in a map format (think Yelp or Airbnb for nonprofits). As a custom solution turned general solution, Mapscout is striving to expand features that our existing clients want or will want. In addition, we are focusing on simplifying the presentation of our product in order to bring in new users to our ecosystem.

## Ticket Description
For this ticket, we will be fixing a variety of things as shown below.

Below is a list of everything this ticket would like to change

1. In this [figma](https://www.figma.com/file/M5EgAlwdsWDOYHfQvxpXZv/Mapscout-%2F-Spr21?node-id=2581-564), on the right side where it says pain points & solution, we want to replace "search" with "start typing" and also add more descriptive labels, (adding "filters")

2. In the figma above, in the same paint points & solution sections, we also want the search items to change on hover.

3. Lastly, we want to introduce data validation and increased user feedback when using MapScout. This would mean several things, but namely that when there is an invalid zip code, it should be highlighted or indicated to the user. Refer to the figma. Distance indicators are also small and unnoticeable, so we would like to fix this as well. Lastly, since search results are ordered by distance, we should number the results to indicate this.
