Addressing SPAM inputs on Touchpoints surveys

Per conversation today - @ryanwoldatwork is addressing spam inputs on Touchpoints forms

- [x] Spam issues - added inputs - getting more inputs that what form owners asked for - ex. TSA airport code
- [ ] Lock down issues -
- [x] Add validation check on inputs based on question formats
- [ ] standardize Touchpoints outputs - account for spam (ex. thumbs up/down only output 1s, 0s, check for code snippet in open-ended question text)
- [ ] develop a SPAM score to engage FORM owners on tagging spam responses
- [ ] use SPAM score data to understand and fix issue
