First, gutcheck if scans take much more than 4 hours these days, also if the number of timeouts decreased at all in this window.

Start with the linked issue comment and review scan-duration and timeout data for the relevant window. Determine whether scans now take more than four hours and whether timeout counts decreased; use those findings to decide whether changing the waituntil value is warranted.
