Description
Create similar functionality of top nav drop down for side nav of child pages
## Expected Behavior
Click on an arrow and collapse/expand child/grandchild nav bars
## Possible Solutions
Copy css classes from existing code. If not possible will have to make yourself and be sure to handle dependencies.
