Description
Create general page templates for projects we will post to website.
## Expected Behavior
One template for each "offering" under the top nav menu in index.html. Be sure to appropriately update the side nav menu so it reflects where you are. Each project ('Example project 1', 'Example Prject 2') should link to a page.
