What is on the uswds branch in sam-frontend-content (local only):
It appears that icons are not aligned centrally, and there is slightly more space between lines of links in the new uswds branch.
Describe the desired solution
The spacing should look like what is currently in comp (/content/contract-data is where I grabbed the examples)
