Allow space for additional information

One request made was:
"I would like to see vendors also provide documentation for making what is produced by their products/services accessible."

We could potentially add a field to allow for links to supporting documentation. documenting accommodation processes & timeframes for addressing known barriers would be great. That's likely down the road though.
