Create greater alingnment with DHS's Trusted Tester Program

There are a lot of good resources in the DHS's Trusted Tester Program. Some of these can be found with the ACRT project:

I do think that we can do a better job aligning with both WCAG & the Trusted Tester program.

We can for instance include options to see the TTID / description as per each WCAG SC. We can also extend or create a sheet parallel to to ensure there is an alignment in code:
