Comment from email: ITAPS Comments on ATC Report to the President on Federal IT Modernization

On behalf of the IT Alliance for Public Sector, thank you for the opportunity to provide comment to the ATC Report the President on Federal IT Modernization. Attached and linked is our previously transmitted submission ITAPS Tech Industry’s Recommendation for Federal IT Modernization. The recommendations in this document embrace the full agenda of issues and topics previously raised by the ATC at its June Tech CEO Meeting. Also, attached are additional comments that specifically address and respond to the recommendations found in ATC’s Report. These are intended to build and elaborate upon our larger set of recommendations.
