Michael and Matt,
Hope you had a nice Labor Day Weekend. Saw this today and reaching out to see if Madison could be helpful in gathering public input and facilitating meaningful engagement at scale. It looks like it would be a light lift to get it loaded in for public input. Here is an example of how the Executive Branch has leveraged Madison--in addition to the other feedback channels--to generate the most useful and broad-based engagement possible. Note: since that series of Executive Branch public engagement rounds, Madison has gotten better through a 3.0 and 4.0 release--essentially, way better UX and back-end for engagement administrators/document sponsors.
