Harvest report is inaccurate

After the harvester runs, it emails a report to subscribers. It always reports zero records added / updated even when records were successfully loaded. The harvester ran yesterday, and several ERS records were updated. Yet, the report still says 0. Also, it reports 0 records in error when in fact, there are errors when the GSA validator checks the file. Clearly, the CKAN and GSA vaildators are still not validatng the same schema.
