API Image URL returned does not contain the Image base url

The image url path is only the relative path:

Viewing the collection online the path is a path to a png file on Amazon S3 that no longer matches.

Are images now stored in a different location on S3 than when the api was written?

What is the base URL for these images that the api returned?
