Good morning. You were very helpful when I had a question last year about Data.gov metrics. Would you be able to assist with this issue?

When I download the organization-specific metrics report for our agency (Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System), sometimes there are fields in the resulting files that have unusual characters or values in some fields.

• For example, in the “Most Clicked Outbound Links” report, a pageTitle field reads
