Description
After this extension is added to CKAN, I can see extra fields when adding a dataset. However, when editing a dataset, the extra fields are not populated.

Reproduce the edit-dataset flow after enabling the CKAN extension, comparing it with the add-dataset flow described in the issue. Trace where the extra metadata fields are rendered and populated during editing; done means existing metadata appears in those fields when editing a dataset.
